Pre-purchase Inspection
We want to make your home-buying experience is as informative as possible.
We take our time to conduct a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of the home’s major structures and systems — like the roof, foundation, plumbing, heating and electrical. We encourage you to join us during the inspection, and to ask questions as you go. This also gives you an opportunity to learn some tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter and turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency.
With your pre-purchase inspection, you will get a detailed and comprehensive inspection report, which will serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.
With our expert knowledge and experience, you can count on us to give you the unbiased professional assessment you need to make a sound buying decision.
Post-Purchase Inspection (also called home condition report)
In a hot real estate market, many buyers are forced to make an offer without any conditions in an effort to appear more attractive to the seller. But waiving the inspection leaves buyers in the dark with regards to the condition of their new home. A post-purchase inspection provides them with the knowledge they need.

Essentially, a post-purchase inspection aims to minimize risk to your investment by better understanding the condition of your new home. It helps you plan for significant expenses and to avoid the financial hardship that comes with costly surprises.
Pre-Listing Inspection (also called pre-sale or seller’s inspection)
If you’re selling, a pre-listing inspection can expedite the process by making your home more appealing to prospective buyers, assisting in property evaluation, and alerting you to issues that require necessary repairs. In a hot real estate market, it also reduces the risk of potential buyers walking away because there is no time for a home inspection.
